Still blocked for full Phase 33 close

These need dedicated example directories with tests, evals, traces, and benchmark notes before the phase can close honestly:

• Support bot
• Code-review agent
• Provider-routing demo
• Local-model demo

The current repo has the language/runtime pieces for them, but not the full launch-grade example packages yet.
